Get proposal
Monthly or one-off project work. What you get, in writing.

Request a growth proposal built around your business.

Tell us about your business, your goal, your current setup, anything the work depends on, your budget range and when you need to decide. We will first confirm we are a good fit and ask for anything missing. Then we will set out the work, who does what, what is not included, the order of work, how results are measured and the price.

Use Softscotch as an accountable outside growth team for the work you agree on. Your team stays responsible for your product, legal and compliance matters, budget and final approval.
A person reviews your request before any work or timing is proposed.
Included work, what we need from you, outside costs and what is not included are listed item by item.
No ranking, revenue, ROAS, lead-volume, or platform-approval guarantee.

    Not ready for a proposal?

Not ready for a proposal? Start with a straight answer.

Send the messy version: what you sell, where growth is stuck and what you are unsure about. We will look at it the way an outside head of marketing (CMO) or head of sales would: what to fix first, what to ignore, and whether a full proposal makes sense.

    What you'll receive

A proposal you can decide on, with assumptions in view.

How detailed it is depends on the information and access you give us. A proposal sets out the work and the price. It does not replace a paid technical audit.

    Audit of your current setup
A first-look review of problems we can see from outside, known limits, and questions that need account access or a paid discovery phase to answer.
    Channel mix and scope
Which services you actually need (and which to skip), with deliverables spelled out. No vague "ongoing optimization" lines.
    Week-by-week timeline
The order of work, showing what depends on what, with review points and who is responsible. We do not promise when results will come before we know your starting numbers and platform limits.
    Commercial model and exclusions
Monthly, phased or one-off project pricing for the agreed work, plus taxes, ad spend, software, production and other outside costs where they apply.
    How it works

From form to a clear next decision.

Simple requests can often be planned quickly. Complex work, regulated industries, several countries, website moves or connecting systems may need a call, a review of your accounts or a paid discovery phase first.

    1
    Step one
    You fill the form

Tell us who you are, what you sell, your budget, and your timeline. The more context, the sharper the proposal.

    2
    Step two
We check fit and missing inputs

A person reviews your request. We reply with questions, decline and explain why, or suggest a discovery step when we cannot yet plan the work reliably.

    3
    Step three
    You receive the agreed output

That may be a written proposal, a plan for a discovery phase, or a short answer on whether we are a fit. Any delivery date is confirmed once we have the information we need.

    FAQ

    Before you hit submit.

The questions we hear most often from people requesting a proposal. If yours is not answered here, add it to the message field and we will address it in the response.

Is this just a sales call in disguise?+

No. The proposal is a written PDF with a review of your setup, the work included, a timeline and a clear price. You read it, decide on your own and reply when you're ready. If you'd rather have a 30-minute call, that's optional, never required.

    How much do you charge?+

We use monthly, phased or one-off project pricing, depending on the work. The proposal states the fee, the work included, our assumptions, how changes are agreed, taxes and outside costs. Any extra work needs your written approval before it starts.

Do I have to commit to a long contract?+

Contract length, pausing, renewal and notice periods are written in the proposal and agreement for your project. If the signed terms differ from anything on this website, the signed terms apply.

    What if I don't know which services I need?+

Tick "Not sure yet" in the services field and write your goals in the message box. We'll suggest the mix of marketing channels that fits your situation and explain why in the proposal. That's exactly the value of getting one.

Do you work with [my industry]?+

We decide fit based on how your customers buy, the rules in your industry, the numbers behind your business, your data, the platforms needed and our relevant experience. If the work needs specialist legal, medical, financial or industry expertise, we will say so clearly rather than suggest we cover it.

    Will you guarantee results?+

No. Rankings, revenue, ROAS (return on ad spend), number of leads, platform approvals and how the market responds depend on things no agency controls. We commit only to the tasks and sign-off checks written in the signed scope, and we tell you about delays and blockers when they come up.
