Social Media Graphics Design Services

Make social media graphics your team can recognize and reuse.

We'll reply with a written proposal: the work, what we need from you and an estimated timeline.

The hidden problems

Why one design breaks when it's used across social media

A weak visual order (what the eye sees first), crops nobody planned, tiny text, missing usage rights and no clear owner for the original design files can turn a good-looking draft into graphics you can't actually use on your channels.

  • Every request starts from a blank page

There's no agreed purpose for each graphic, no set of reusable design pieces and no fill-in template, so nothing separates the choices you can reuse from the details that change with each campaign.

  • "Resize" just means shrink and crop

The visual order, text, sequence, main focus, ad labels and safe areas (parts of the screen not covered by buttons) are not rearranged to suit each platform's shape and the way people view it.

  • Text and product details arrive as copied-and-pasted text

Prices, dates, names, units, legal lines and images have no recorded source, no length limit, no backup if something is missing and no expiry date.

  • Accessibility is just a last-minute color check

Small text, the order people read things in, meaning shown without relying on color, image descriptions and how graphics look on typical phones and screens are never tested.

  • Usage rights are buried in chat messages

Your team can't find the license, model release, credit line, allowed edits, approved channels, country limits or expiry date for an image they want to reuse.

  • Final files replace the design system

Editable design files, saved brand settings, design decisions, approvals and the link between each file and its versions all disappear at handover.

Exactly what's included

What our social media graphics service includes

Give your team a set of social media graphics people recognize as yours, and that stay easy to read in every agreed spot where they appear. Softscotch turns your approved brand and campaign material into design ideas, reusable templates, planned crops for each size and neatly organized final files. Usage rights, accessibility and which files you can edit are all made clear.

Eight areas of work cover the brief, the visual direction, families of templates, design ideas, crops for each size, readability on phones, review rounds, final files and an itemized list of the editable design files you receive.

Checking your graphics, channels and rights

We list your formats, current files, templates, saved brand settings (colors, fonts and spacing), where text and data come from, licenses, ad labels, mistakes, owners and what has been archived.

Specs and design building blocks

We define each platform's specs, the job of each design piece, visual order, layout grids, fonts, spacing, photo style, safe areas and how much text or content each design can hold.

Fill-in templates

We separate the parts your team can edit from the locked brand and legal elements, and set where each piece of text comes from, how long it can be, what shows if it's missing and what happens when something goes wrong.

Making layouts for every size

We build the approved layouts and their versions, rearranging the order, size, amount of content, crops and ad labels so each format works on its own terms.

Accessibility and accuracy checks

We check readability, color contrast, meaning that doesn't rely on color alone, image descriptions, wording, product facts, offers, claims and how each graphic previews on the platform itself.

Rights, origin and release control

Every reusable graphic carries its source, license, permission, edits, approval, expiry date, export details and a history of corrections.

Design results and handover

We compare groups of graphics by format and message, write down the limits of what results show, then hand over editable files, permissions, tests and owners.

Visual direction and design ideas

We explore a few design directions based on your brand and campaign material, show each one on real posts for your channels, then refine the one you choose through the agreed review rounds before we build the templates.

Aa
Why Softscotch

Know which graphics you can reuse, edit and publish right away

Every graphic links your approved message and brand look to a named spot where it will appear, its crop, the final file, an accessibility note, a decision on usage rights and the person who takes it over.

Decisions are agreed before we design anything

Every design piece, template and final file has a purpose, an audience, a source, a claim, a format, a destination and a rule for what counts as finished before the work grows.

Each platform's own rules stay in view

Image shapes, crops, safe areas, the caption that appears alongside, how the platform shrinks file quality in previews, where ad labels go and how uploads turn out are all spelled out, instead of being hidden behind a one-size-fits-all posting process.

Rights and ad labels stay with every file

The source, license, permission, any paid or personal link to the brand (which must be disclosed), proof for claims, edit history and expiry date stay attached through every version until it goes live.

Automated steps can always be checked

Filling in templates, resizing, editing backgrounds, translating, making variations and exporting files all use approved material and exclusions, with a person reviewing the work, a record of versions, ongoing monitoring and a way to undo changes.

We judge quality by more than surface numbers

Whether files display correctly, readability, accurate content, how often mistakes happen, results for groups of designs and what people did on your website are reported separately from reach, views and simple likes.

Your working plan still works after handover

Editable source files, groupings, templates, records of decisions, rules for responses, owners, signs that designs need a refresh and known limits all stay usable after we deliver.

Service decisions

The 36 decisions behind reusable social media graphics

The work covers your brand material, visual order, how templates work, sizes for each placement, crops, color contrast, usage rights, reviews, final files, what can be edited and notes on how to use each graphic.

How we compare

A reusable design system, not one-off pieces of artwork

The difference is a clear visual order, named families of templates, planned crops for each channel, checks on phones, neatly organized final files and a clear list of which files you can edit and what rights you have.

The risk of using a different agency for everything
  • Starts by picking a template style
  • Uses one image shape for everything
  • Pastes text straight into the design
  • Treats your brand as just colors and a logo
  • Checks color contrast at the very end
  • Keeps usage rights in chat messages
  • Names exported files by hand
  • Approves designs inside the design tool only
  • Reports the top graphics by likes and comments
  • Hands over flat files you can't edit
vs
Softscotch
  • Starts with each graphic's job and what "finished" means
  • Rearranges each design to suit the platform
  • Uses set text fields with backups if something is missing
  • Keeps versions of brand settings, visual order and exceptions
  • Plans readability and image descriptions from the start
  • Attaches rights and expiry dates to source files
  • Links every final file to its approved version
  • Approves real previews on the platform itself
  • Separates message, format, website actions and limits
  • Hands over editable files and the tests that catch broken designs

Ethical, transparent, always on

One accountable team, strictly white-hat (only methods search engines and platforms allow), no shortcuts and no surprises. Support whenever you need it.

One plan, full-stack access

One Softscotch plan gives you access to the full service stack, coordinated around your priorities.

You do not need a separate agency or retainer for every channel. Your plan can draw from search, paid media, web, ecommerce, outreach, automation, lead generation, messaging, content, creative and operations. The agreed scope sets what is active, in what order and at what capacity.

Pricing approach

One price for everything, not a stack of separate retainers.

You get one price for your whole marketing, not a separate retainer for every service. SEO, paid ads, your website, automations, cold email and newsletters, we run all of it as a single scope, so you get the most result for what you pay. Agencies sell each of these on its own, so the invoice climbs whether or not that line drives a single lead.

Bought separately, service by service

A different agency or retainer for each service. The bill stacks up fast, and keeps climbing whether or not each one moves a single lead.

All of it, one scope

We run your whole marketing as one engagement, so you get the most result for what you pay, not a pile of disconnected invoices.

  • SEO: technical, on-page, content, local and AI search

  • CRO and landing pages
  • Paid ads across Google and Meta
  • Automations, cold email and newsletters
  • WordPress build, setup and ongoing care
  • One team, one roadmap and one point of contact

Priced to your site after the audit. No sticker price, and no per-service creep.

What shapes your quote
Site sizePage count, templates and how much of the site actually needs work.
Market competitionHow hard the terms you want to win are, and who you are up against.
Content needsHow much new writing, rewriting and production the plan calls for.
Build complexityYour website platform (CMS, the system you edit your site in), your other tools and how involved the changes are to make.
Final pricing comes after the audit, once we have seen the four things above on your actual site. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work begins: no lock-in, no surprise line items, and no upfront number that ignores your market.

Questions, answered

Social media graphics questions to ask before we start

These answers explain which formats are included, what you can edit, which design files you get, what we need from you, usage rights, reviews, timing, outside costs and the limits on results.

Filter
What is included in your social media graphics service?

The agreed work can include checking your graphics, channels and usage rights; specs and design building blocks; visual direction and design ideas; fill-in templates; layouts for every size; accessibility and accuracy checks; rights, origin and release control; and a review of design results with a handover to your team. Your proposal names what we need from you, who owns each part, what you get, how we check it and what is not included.

When is social media graphic design the right service for you?

It is a good fit when your social graphics are rebuilt one file at a time, resizing breaks the visual order, templates repeat mistakes in prices or details, accessibility is checked too late, nobody can find the usage rights, or handing over editable files is unreliable.

What access and information do you need from us?

We need your current files and templates, saved brand settings (colors, fonts, spacing), platform size specs, content briefs, sources for wording and product data, claims and offers, image licenses and model releases, decisions on ad labels, account previews, how you group results in analytics, archive rules and the names of your reviewers.

What do you look at to check the facts and rules?

We check WCAG 2.2 (the international accessibility guidelines for digital content), current guidance on copyright permission and fair use, the C2PA standard for recording where images come from, relevant FTC (US Federal Trade Commission) guidance on ad labels, each platform's own limits, sample source files, previews, rights records, data fields and exported graphics.

How do you work out the starting point?

We list your channels, formats, templates, editable and final files, brand settings, design pieces, text and data sources, images, licenses, ad labels, previews, mistakes, approvals, archives and owners, then rebuild a sample of final files to see how they are really made.

How do you tell busy activity apart from real business value?

We keep separate checks for whether the source data is correct, whether files display properly, readability, accessibility, usage rights, errors in platform previews, how often corrections are needed, results by message, results by format and what people did on your website.

Can you run fair tests?

Yes, once the message, source data, usage rights, ad labels, accessibility and platform requirements are settled, and only one thing changes at a time, such as the layout, how busy the design is, the photo style, the first frame or one template setting, so the result is clear and safe to act on.

Do the numbers inside a platform prove our graphics caused extra sales?

No. Attribution (how a platform or analytics tool gives credit for a sale) follows that tool's own rules. Proving graphics caused extra sales that would not have happened anyway needs a fair comparison group, enough data, control over overlap between channels and an honest statement of how certain the result is.

Do automatic suggestions decide what we design next?

No. Platform suggestions and automatic reports are treated as dated inputs, not orders. A named person checks the proof, limits, usage rights and how relevant the idea is to your business before anything is approved.

Do you change our live accounts while you're reviewing them?

Not without your approval. While we review, we only look and don't change anything where possible. Posting, moderating comments, account permissions, live templates, labels, ad disclosures and connections between tools are only changed after agreed tests and with your permission to go live.

Can you guarantee a platform will approve, show or spread our graphics?

No. Each platform controls access, formats, its own reviews, who sees posts, how posts are ranked and how rules are enforced, and it can change any of this without notice. We check what each platform supports at the time we do the work.

Who makes legal, privacy, permission and rights decisions?

You do. Your business keeps the final say on legal, privacy, customer permission, usage rights, claims and ad label decisions. Softscotch writes down how these decisions fit into the work and only carries out instructions you have approved.

What does the report keep separate?

The report keeps apart the quality of the files we made, accessibility, usage rights, results by message and by format, what people did on your website, how many people the platform showed your posts to and the known limits of measurement.

What can the results not prove?

The results cannot guarantee how many people see your posts, turn personal taste into an accessibility result, make up for image rights you don't have, stop every platform from cropping a graphic, or prove that a design style alone created your revenue.

What work is not part of this service?

Full social media strategy and writing, photography, illustration, filming and video editing, daily posting, paid promotion, building website pages and legal advice stay with their own specialists unless they are added to your scope separately.

Can you guarantee business results from our social media graphics?

No. Softscotch is responsible for the agreed research, the work itself, the checks and the report. Results also depend on the platforms, your data, customer demand, how your business runs and market conditions, which we don't control.

How long does the first round of work take?

The twelve-step plan above is an example, not a fixed schedule. Real timing depends on how quickly we get access, the quality of your material, how many graphics are being made, platform reviews, your approvals and how long we need to watch results before making a sound decision.

How is your social media graphic design service priced?

The price depends on the platforms we confirm, the records to manage, the number of versions, design work, quality checks, reporting and handover. Your proposal states our assumptions and what is and isn't included before work begins.
