AI SEO, GEO & LLM Search Services

Make your business easier to find, understand and trust in AI search tools.

We'll reply with a written proposal: the work, what we need from you and an estimated timeline.

The hidden problems

Find out why AI search tools miss your business or describe it wrongly

Your site can rank well in normal Google search and still show weak, out-of-date or conflicting facts in AI answers. We trace the problem step by step: whether AI tools can reach and read your pages, the evidence in your content, the true facts about your business, what other websites say, visits from AI tools and what customers do next.

  • Google can list your site, but not every AI tool can use it

Google's AI features depend on whether your pages can appear in Google Search and on your Search Console settings, while ChatGPT, Perplexity and Microsoft find pages in different ways. Checking one robots.txt file (the file that tells bots what they may read) doesn't tell you whether you can appear in all of them.

  • Keyword tracking misses the extra searches and follow-up questions

A complex question can make an AI tool run several related searches behind the scenes, pull in different sources and lead to follow-up questions. Tracking only the first question hides which requirement, comparison point or source actually knocked your brand out of the running.

  • Your content is accurate but no different from anyone else's

Summaries of common knowledge give an AI tool little reason to choose one source over another. Your own methods, first-hand evidence, honest pros and cons and named experts give it information worth picking up.

  • Search access, AI training and on-demand visits are mixed up

OpenAI's OAI-SearchBot (which finds pages for ChatGPT search) and GPTBot (which collects content that may be used to train AI models) do different jobs, and Perplexity documents separate bots for its search index and for fetching pages when a user asks. A blanket "allow all" or "block all" rule can go against what you actually want.

  • Brand, product and location facts drift apart across systems

Your web pages, schema (hidden labels that describe your pages to search engines), Google Merchant Center, business profiles, partner listings and help documents can disagree on names, features, prices, stock or policies. AI tools then start from conflicting evidence.

  • A visibility score is mistaken for proof of business results

Prompt-tracking tools look at samples, not a stable, universal ranking. Without dates, the AI tool or model used, cited web addresses, platform reports, visits from AI tools and results in your customer records, a score can't explain what changed or why it matters.

Exactly what's included

What our AI SEO, GEO and LLM search services can include

AI SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization: helping AI tools find and describe your business correctly) is the work of making your business show up well in AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. Softscotch finds where your key products, services and business facts are missing or poorly backed up. We fix the problems that stop AI tools from reading your pages or trusting your evidence, within the agreed scope. Then we measure how often you appear, how often you are cited as a source, the visits you get from AI tools and what those visitors do, without inventing a single "AI rank". You get a dated starting point, a priority plan, a first set of improvements, checks after each change goes live and a clear list of next steps that someone owns.

Eight areas of work take you from a starting check of what AI tools can read and what evidence you have, through improving your key content and business facts, checks after each change goes live and reports from the platforms, to a list of next steps and clear guidance your team can run with.

Starting check of AI tools, questions and competitors

We keep dated versions of buying, comparison, problem, local and follow-up questions for each market and AI tool, and save the answer context, cited web addresses, which competitors appear and any big differences between answers.

Access, bot and preview settings

We test how Googlebot, OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, PerplexityBot and on-demand page visits behave against your robots.txt rules, firewall checks (a security filter that can block bots), how pages display, canonical tags (which mark the main version of a page), preview text (snippets) and noindex choices (which keep a page out of search).

Useful content and original evidence

Your key pages get first-hand methods, claims backed by sources, comparison points, original examples, proof in images and video, and a clearly named expert in charge, without stuffing in keywords or chopping text into unnatural chunks.

Consistent business, product, location and feed details

We make sure facts about your company, people, services, products and locations match across your pages, correct schema, Google Merchant Center, business profiles and other trusted data sources you own.

Who AI tools cite, and honest outside backing

We map which websites AI tools cite and where claims come from, fix incorrect profiles, find gaps in your evidence and, where there is a real story to tell, coordinate useful coverage in the press, from partners or from customers.

Site journeys AI assistants can follow

Where it matters, we test the finished page, the page structure (the DOM) and the accessibility tree (what screen readers see), so forms, menus, product choices and buttons make sense to people, to assistive technology and to AI assistants that browse websites for users.

Visibility, AI visits and next steps

We keep Google and Bing reports, ChatGPT visit data, server logs, sample AI answers, analytics and customer records separate, then use them to choose the next change, with someone in charge of it.

Guidance for your team and handover

We give your writers, web team and the people who approve content simple guidelines and checklists, so new and updated pages keep the same evidence, business facts and bot settings after our work ends. Everything we set up stays in accounts and files you own.

#1
Why Softscotch

We improve what the platforms actually document and the evidence behind your business, without selling AI search myths

Every recommendation links a buyer's question to a source, a task, a check after the change goes live and something we can measure. The platforms' own reports, our sample AI answers and your business results each keep their own meaning.

Each AI tool gets its own settings plan

Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Microsoft don't use the same bots, settings or reports. We test what each one documents instead of applying one general GEO checklist to all of them.

Being useful to people comes before AI myths

We build clear, original pages that help people decide. We don't cut content into random fragments or create thin pages for every possible related search an AI tool might run.

We keep the source behind every claim

A claims record lists each fact, its source, its owner, when it was approved and what should trigger a review, so out-of-date information can be found before an AI tool repeats it.

Technical and writing work stay together

Bot rules, how pages display, content, schema, product feeds, profiles and measurement all go through one work queue, and we check the real live page after each change.

We label data honestly

Impressions (times you were shown) and citations reported by the platforms are kept apart from our sample AI answers and from influence we can only guess at. What we don't know stays marked as unknown instead of being turned into a made-up score.

Ease of use for AI assistants is treated as customer experience

Clear buttons and labels, names that screen readers can read, steady page layouts and clear confirmation messages help human visitors first, and also make it less confusing for AI assistants browsing on someone's behalf.

Service decisions

The 36 parts of a complete AI SEO and GEO program

The work covers whether search tools can show your pages, your settings for AI bots (automated programs that read websites), evidence for related buyer questions, original proof, keeping business facts and product feeds consistent, what other websites say, keeping facts fresh, how easily AI assistants can use your site, platform reports and the path to real customers.

Access and bot settings
Showing up in Google's AI featuresConfirm your pages can be listed in Google and shown as previews, and check the Search Console setting for Google's AI features where your site has it.
OpenAI's two bots, set separatelySet your choice for OAI-SearchBot (ChatGPT search) and GPTBot (AI training) separately, then check that your live robots.txt file really says that.
How Perplexity reaches your siteTest PerplexityBot separately from Perplexity-User, and allow for how Perplexity says it fetches pages when a user asks.
Firewall and bot checksMatch the name a bot gives itself (its user-agent) with the provider's current published IP addresses before letting it through your security rules.
What bots actually seeCheck page status, canonical tags, links between your pages and whether the main content is in the page the server sends, at the web address bots really visit.
Rules for preview textReview your noindex, nosnippet, data-nosnippet and max-snippet settings (tags that control whether and how much of a page can be shown) against how visible you want to be and how much control you need over your content.
Related questions and evidence
Questions based on buying decisionsGroup questions by the buyer's job, needs, comparisons, objections, location and next question, rather than by raw keyword search volume.
Map of related searchesWork out the likely subtopics and evidence an AI tool may look for, without creating a low-value page for every small change in wording.
Testing follow-up questionsWatch how the sources and recommendations in AI answers change as a user adds limits, corrections and specific product needs.
Dated records by AI tool and marketRecord the AI model or product, date, location and language, account setup and exact wording, so results can be checked and repeated.
Proof only you can offer
First-hand methodsPublish your process, test conditions, sample limits and lessons learned, which can't be copied from general summaries.
Expert review with a named ownerName the qualified author or reviewer and show when material that must be accurate was last checked.
Help with real decisionsUse clear criteria, pros and cons, who it suits and doesn't suit, and worked examples that help a buyer make a choice they can stand behind.
Consistent text, images and videoMake sure text, diagrams, images and video all describe the same product, business and claim, rather than sending mixed messages.
Business facts, schema and feeds
One master record of factsKeep approved names, descriptions, ID numbers, people, locations, policies and product details in one place, each with an owner.
Showing how things connectExplain in plain, readable text how your company, brands, products, services, experts and locations relate to each other.
Schema that matches the pageUse supported schema where it applies, and make sure every fact in it is accurate and also visible on the page.
Store and local dataMake product feeds, product labels and business profiles agree, so stock, product options, opening hours and policies stay current.

Where each claim comes fromLink important statements to the original evidence, the method, dates and the exact page that supports them.
Honest outside proofDevelop research, expert articles, partner evidence and customer stories only where they are genuinely relevant to the publication and its readers.
Fixing conflicting informationCorrect out-of-date profiles, duplicate listings and contradicting claims before trying to spread the correct version further.
Keeping facts fresh and easy to find
Expiry dates for factsGive review dates to prices, people, stock, policies, statistics and other facts that change over time.
Sitemaps and IndexNowUse complete sitemaps (lists of your pages for search engines) and, where it fits, IndexNow (a way to tell search engines such as Bing that take part when a page changes) to flag updated web addresses.
Links between your pagesLink to your key evidence from stable main pages, and remove pages that nothing links to, duplicates and pages that contradict each other.
Checking that bots see the updateConfirm that the live page, the displayed content and the platform's own inspection tools reflect each approved change.
Measurement and tests
Google's AI search reportWhere your site has access, track AI impressions, which pages appear, country, device and date, while respecting the report's rollout and data limits.
Bing AI PerformanceReview total citations, cited pages, sample search phrases the AI used to find sources and trends across Microsoft's supported AI features.
Visits from ChatGPTKeep the utm_source=chatgpt.com tag (a label ChatGPT adds to links) and compare landing pages, engagement, inquiries and good-quality results.
Record of sample AI answersKeep the question, AI tool, date, answer context, citations and how much answers vary, instead of reporting one unexplained score.
Linking to business resultsConnect visits from AI tools that can be identified, and journeys they helped, to stages in your customer records, while keeping what we observed separate from what caused a sale.
Ready for AI assistants, with clear ownership
Clear buttons and linksUse real links, buttons, labels, roles and states so the page structure and the accessibility tree make clear what each part does.
Steady, reliable journeysRemove hidden pop-ups, buttons that jump around and unclear confirmation messages from important steps people take on your site.
Shopping and task standards for AI agentsLook at new standards that let AI agents complete tasks, such as UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol, for AI-assisted shopping), only where your business and the platform support a real purchase or task.
Your content rules for AI toolsWrite down your decisions on appearing in search, use for AI training, pages fetched when users ask, preview text and sensitive content.
Security and approval checksTest how AI agents access your site without weakening firewall protection, exposing private data or skipping steps where a person must approve.
Research and implementation tools

AI SEO tools we use, and what each one can and can't show

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, website analytics, server logs (your site's record of every visit), checks of your hidden website labels, bot access tests, sample AI answers and your customer records each answer a different question. We never present a score from an outside tool as if it were a platform's own internal ranking.

Look under the hood

Our AI SEO audit: seven reviews that turn visibility gaps into a priority plan of changes

Each review shows you the pages or systems affected, the evidence behind each decision, the work to be done, how we will check it worked and who owns anything still open.

Check 01 · Access before improvements

Showing up and bot settings

We test each key web address against the documented way Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Microsoft's tools find and read pages.

The result keeps appearing in search, AI training choices, preview text and pages fetched on a user's request apart, instead of squashing them into one "allow or block" decision.

Listing and preview settings urgentPage status, canonical tags, noindex and preview settings checked at the final web address.
Google AI features setting verifySearch Console setting for Google's AI features reviewed where your site has this control.
OAI-SearchBot policyAccess for ChatGPT search tested separately from your choice on GPTBot training.
Perplexity's two bots policyHow PerplexityBot and Perplexity-User behave written down separately.
Firewall check securityBot name and current official IP address list checked together before a bot is let through.
What bots see checkMain evidence, links and buttons confirmed in the page as bots fetch it and as it finally displays.
Check 02 · Buyer questions are journeys

Coverage of questions, related searches and follow-ups

We map the buying decision behind each question, then test how needs and cited sources change as the buyer asks follow-up questions.

Looking at related searches helps us decide how deep a topic should go and which evidence matters most. We never use it as an excuse to publish thousands of near-identical pages.

Buyer jobs mapResearch, comparing, double-checking, local and after-purchase decisions kept separate.
Different buyer needs groupIndustry, team size, budget, regulations and needs for connecting with other software added to the sample.
Follow-up chains observeCorrections, objections and narrower needs tested after the first answer comes back.
How sources change analyzeWebsites and pages tracked as the conversation becomes more specific.
Market context versionLocation, language, device and account setup recorded when they can change the answer.
No competing copies protectOne strong, trusted page improved instead of copying a page for every way of wording a question.
Check 03 · Give AI tools something worth picking up

Quality of sources and original evidence

We find which of your key claims are generic, unsupported, out of date or hard to check, then plan the stronger evidence that should replace them.

Clear sections help people find their way around. Chopping text into random chunks, formula-based answer boxes and rewrites made only for AI are not treated as ranking requirements.

Claims record trackImportant statements linked to their source, date, owner and review status.
Original evidence buildMethods, samples, tests, examples and limits made visible on the page.
Named experts approveQualified authors and reviewers assigned where expert judgment is needed or the risk is high.
Comparison points clarifyHonest pros and cons and who it suits replace unsupported "best in class" claims.
Proof in images and video alignImages, diagrams and video match the same underlying facts as the text.
Update triggers refreshClaims that change over time get an expiry date or a rule to review them when something happens.
Check 04 · One fact, the same everywhere you control

Consistent business, product, location and feed details

We make the approved facts match across your web pages, schema, product feeds, profiles, help documents and the people inside your business who own them.

Schema helps you qualify for some search features and makes your data clearer, but we never present it as a special switch for AI rankings.

{}
Company identity identityNames, web addresses, ID numbers, profiles and links to parent brands made to match.
People and expertise peopleJob titles, qualifications, bios and review duties checked for details that have drifted out of date.
Service descriptions serviceWhat's included, who it's for, where it's offered and what's left out kept the same across every relevant page.
Product details productsProduct options, ID numbers, stock, prices and policies matched between feeds and pages.
Local facts localBranches, hours, service areas and practitioner details matched to your business profiles.
Schema check checkSupported schema tested against the visible text and the rules for each search feature.
Check 05 · Trace the sources behind the answer

Who AI tools cite, and gaps in outside backing

We record which of your own pages and which outside websites support answers in your category, which claims they back up and where competitors have stronger evidence.

The result is a map of which sources matter most, not a plan to fake reviews, post in forums or pay for coverage without saying so.

“
Cited websites mapPublications, directories, online communities and help sites that keep coming up, grouped by the buyer's question.
Cited pages inspectExact pages, how fresh they are and which claims they cover recorded, not just counts by website.
Competitor evidence compareOriginal research, customer proof and backing from other websites compared for each buying factor.
Conflicting sources repairOut-of-date profiles and contradicting statements on your own sites put first in line for correction.
Press and coverage ideas qualifyGenuine expert, partner, customer and research stories checked for real fit with each publication's readers.
Citations that change monitorChanges in sources and in how answers are framed tracked, without claiming any permanent spot.
Check 06 · Prepare journeys, not only pages

Ease of use for AI assistants and accessibility

Where people may ask an AI assistant to research or act for them, we test how the page looks and works through screenshots, the page structure (DOM) and the accessibility tree.

Being ready for AI assistants starts with a site that is easy to use, clearly built and accessible to everyone. We only consider new AI agent standards when they support a real task.

Clear controls accessLinks, buttons and form fields use standard page elements or correctly describe their role and state.
Readable names accessLabels clearly match their fields, choices and confirmation messages.
Steady layout usabilityImportant buttons don't move, hide behind pop-ups or only work when you hover a mouse over them.
Clear feedback usabilitySelections, error checks, success and failure messages are visible and impossible to misread.
Sensitive actions safetyLogins, consent and confirmation by a real person stay in place for important steps.
Fit with new standards newUCP or other AI agent standards considered only for supported shopping or task steps.
Check 07 · Keep facts apart from guesses

Measuring AI visibility and business results

We bring together the platforms' own reports, sample AI answers, visit data, bot access records and results from your customer records, without pretending they are all the same number.

Every dashboard notes the limits of sampling, rollout, credit for sales and changing answers, so the next step is based on evidence rather than false precision.

What changes

From an unclear starting point to improvements that are live and a clear list of next steps with owners.

Before

First we show whether AI tools can reach and read your key pages, which facts and sources back them up, and where the chosen AI tools currently find your business or miss it.

  • Access and readingKey web addresses are checked for search listing, preview settings, bot access, how pages display and the security rules that affect how supported tools find them.
  • True business factsPages, feeds, profiles, schema and approved business records are compared to find conflicting details about products, people, policies or locations.
  • Visibility samplePlatform reports and dated sample AI answers are recorded separately, with the AI tool, market, wording, cited web addresses and known limits.
Changes

The most valuable gaps in access, pages, business facts and evidence are fixed through approved changes that can be checked on the live site.

  • Better content and pagesKey pages explain the buying decision clearly, use original supporting evidence and show important facts in a way AI tools can find and pick up.
  • Business facts matchApproved facts about your company, products, services, experts and locations now agree across your visible pages, schema where it applies, feeds and profiles.
  • Checks recorded after each changeAccess, display, content, facts, schema and tracking are checked after each change goes live, and anything still waiting on someone else is given an owner.
After

Platform reports, visits from AI tools we can identify, dated sample answers and good-quality customer results guide the next change, with an owner, without being blended into a made-up universal rank.

  • Platform data and samplesAvailable Google and Bing reports and dated sample AI answers are reviewed, each with its own definitions, rollout limits and dates.
  • Visits and customer journeysVisits from AI tools we can identify, engagement on landing pages, inquiries and good-quality results in your customer records are only linked where the data supports it.
  • Next steps with ownersCitation gaps, conflicting sources, pages AI tools can't read and friction in customer journeys are put in order, each with a reason, owner, what it depends on and how we'll check it worked.
Your type of business

What to expect

How long AI SEO takes: from your starting point to the first changes and the first useful report

A dated starting point and a priority plan usually take one to two weeks once we have full access and input from your experts. The first improvements are often ready for testing or published in weeks three to six. After that, search engines need time to process changes, and citations and business results have to be watched over time, so we can't promise dates for them.

AI SEO, GEO and LLM search, your first delivery cycle

Weeks 1–2

Pages that are working are protected and improved, template pages bring in visitors searching for very specific terms, and SEO, ads, email and automation work together to bring steadier leads and sales. Timing varies by market and competition, and no ranking is guaranteed.

How we compare

How we compare: real changes and honest measurement, not prompt tricks for show

Softscotch links platform settings and the quality of your sources to approved changes, live checks, what we see in AI answers and the path to real customers. We never promise a spot inside AI systems that other companies own and control.

The risk of using a different agency for everything
  • Reports one unexplained AI visibility score
  • Treats letting search bots in and allowing AI training as the same choice
  • Turns every related search into thousands of thin pages
  • Sells chopping content into random chunks as a technical must-have
  • Presents llms.txt or special schema as a switch that boosts rankings
  • Promises citations inside AI systems that other companies control and keep changing
  • Saves screenshots of AI answers with no date, version or source details
  • Ignores product feeds, local data and conflicting facts
  • Stops at readable pages and misses how AI assistants move through your site
  • Hands over recommendations without making the changes or checking them
vs
Softscotch
  • Keeps platform reports, sample answers, AI visits and business results separate
  • Writes down your rules for search, AI training, preview text and on-demand visits
  • Maps related searches while protecting quality and merging pages where needed
  • Builds pages for people first, with evidence only you can offer
  • Uses schema, feeds and special files only for their documented purposes
  • Improves your chances and your evidence, without promising any spot
  • Records the question, AI tool, date, answer and cited web addresses each time
  • Keeps one approved master record of facts across all the systems you own
  • Tests clear buttons, accessibility and steady page behavior along each journey
  • Makes the changes, checks the live result and records each decision

Ethical, transparent, always on

One accountable team, strictly white-hat (only methods search engines and platforms allow), no shortcuts and no surprises. Support whenever you need it.

One plan, full-stack access

One Softscotch plan gives you access to the full service stack, coordinated around your priorities.

You do not need a separate agency or retainer for every channel. Your plan can draw from search, paid media, web, ecommerce, outreach, automation, lead generation, messaging, content, creative and operations. The agreed scope sets what is active, in what order and at what capacity.

Pricing approach

One price for everything, not a stack of separate retainers.

You get one price for your whole marketing, not a separate retainer for every service. SEO, paid ads, your website, automations, cold email and newsletters, we run all of it as a single scope, so you get the most result for what you pay. Agencies sell each of these on its own, so the invoice climbs whether or not that line drives a single lead.

Bought separately, service by service

A different agency or retainer for each service. The bill stacks up fast, and keeps climbing whether or not each one moves a single lead.

Plus the one-off build, and a fresh contract, kickoff and onboarding delay for every new service you add.

All of it, one scope

We run your whole marketing as one engagement, so you get the most result for what you pay, not a pile of disconnected invoices.

AI SEO, GEO and LLM search FAQs

These answers cover what's included, access, the first delivery, choices about AI bots, true business facts, separate costs, the limits of reporting, common AI search myths and what Softscotch cannot guarantee.

Filter
What are AI SEO, GEO and LLM search optimization?

They are the practical work of making it easier for AI search tools to find, understand, describe and cite the public information about your brand. LLM stands for large language model, the technology behind tools like ChatGPT. The work can include making sure AI tools can technically reach your site, content and evidence, keeping business facts and product feeds consistent, earning honest backing from other websites, making your site easy for AI assistants to use, and measurement. The exact settings and data differ from platform to platform.

Is GEO separate from traditional SEO?

GEO adds new AI tools, bot settings, sample AI answers, citations, data sources and AI assistant journeys, but it does not replace SEO. Google says its AI features are still built on its core Search ranking and quality systems, so making your site easy to crawl and list, useful content and overall site quality are still the foundation.

What is query fan-out, and how do you optimize for it?

Google describes query fan-out as running several related searches across subtopics and data sources to build one answer. We use that idea to map the evidence a complex buying decision needs. We don't create a separate thin page for every possible related search, because mass-produced, low-value content can break Google's spam rules and weakens your site.

Do pages need to be broken into tiny chunks for AI tools?

No. Google's own guidance says there is no need to split content into tiny pieces for its AI search features. We use clear headings, paragraphs, tables and summaries when they help people understand, while keeping the context, detail and flow of the whole page.

Do Google AI Overviews or AI Mode need special schema?

No. Google says there is no special schema you need to add for its AI search features. Supported schema can still make your pages clearer and help you qualify for regular rich results (search listings with extras like stars or prices), but it must match what's visible on the page and meet the rules for that feature.

Should we publish an llms.txt file?

An llms.txt file is an optional summary file that some AI tools may choose to read, mostly for documentation sites. It is not a universal standard or a ranking switch, and Google says it ignores llms.txt for Search. We only add one when there is a clear reason for it and someone to keep it up to date.

What is the difference between OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot?

OpenAI says OAI-SearchBot finds and shows public pages in ChatGPT search, while GPTBot collects content that may be used to train its AI models. You can set these two choices separately. For example, you can allow ChatGPT search to find your pages while blocking use for training, following OpenAI's documented settings.

How does Perplexity access websites?

Perplexity documents PerplexityBot for building its search index and Perplexity-User for fetching pages when a user asks a question. It also publishes its current IP addresses so your firewall can confirm a visit is genuine. We test the two separately and never weaken your security based only on the name a bot gives itself.

Do product feeds and business profiles affect AI visibility?

For Google, yes. Google advises keeping your Merchant Center product information and Google Business Profile up to date, so your product and local business details stay accurate across Search, including its AI answers. We make those sources match your web pages and schema instead of treating page text as the only source.

What does getting a website ready for AI assistants involve?

It means making supported journeys clear and accessible: real links and buttons, form labels tied to the right fields, correct roles and states, layouts that don't jump around, and visible confirmation or error messages. We test important actions carefully and never get around logins, consent or a person's approval.

What do you change first?

We start with anything blocking you and with getting the facts right: whether you can appear, bot or firewall access, listing and preview settings, how pages display, conflicting main versions of pages and high-risk facts that don't match. Content, feeds, schema, outside backing and AI assistant work then follow your key buyer journeys and evidence gaps.

Do you make the changes you recommend?

Yes, within the written scope. We prepare the technical, content, schema, feed, profile, analytics and accessibility changes on a test version, get the approvals needed, publish them and check the live result. Any work that needs a separate developer, PR team or platform owner is named clearly rather than hidden.

What access and information do you need?

We usually need Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, analytics, your tag manager, your website editor (CMS), CDN or firewall logs, Google Merchant Center or business profiles where relevant, how your customer records define each stage, approved brand facts and access to your subject experts. The audit sets the minimum we need before we start making changes.

How do you measure visibility in AI search?

We keep data reported by the platforms apart from our own sample answers. Depending on your access, reports can include Google's AI impressions and pages, Bing citation activity and the search phrases its AI used, visits tagged by ChatGPT, bot logs, dated sample AI answers, engaged visits and good-quality results in your customer records.

Can you guarantee a citation in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI features?

No. No agency controls AI answer systems that other companies own and keep changing, the sources they pick or what each user has told them. We can improve the things the platforms document, the quality of your evidence, the consistency of your data, your coverage on other websites and your measurement, then show you what changed without pretending to be certain.

How long does it take to see changes?

Fixes to access and page display may show up once bots have re-read your pages, while building trust in your content and genuine backing from other websites usually takes longer. The first twelve weeks set your starting point, fix the most important gaps and produce the first report you can rely on. It is not a promised date for appearing in AI answers.

How are AI SEO and GEO services priced?

The price reflects the number of markets and AI tools, how many sample questions we test, technical fixes, content and evidence work, business facts or product feed work, research into outside sources, connections between systems, ownership needs and how detailed the reporting is. The audit sets the scope before we agree the monthly fee.

Is there a long-term contract?

Your signed proposal or agreement states the length of the engagement, notice period, renewal, payment and how to end it. Please don't assume any contract terms from this page.
