Graphic Design Services

Turn your approved business ideas into clear, ready-to-use marketing designs your team can publish and update.

We'll reply with a written proposal: the work, what we need from you and an estimated timeline.

Where design work goes wrong

Design work gets expensive when the brief, the facts and the approvals are unclear.

Before adding anything to the design to-do list, we check what the design must achieve, which facts and files are approved, where it will appear and who can sign it off for use.

  • Requests arrive without a usable brief

The design has no agreed audience, job, order of importance for its messages, proof, place where it will appear or test for "done", so revisions turn into matters of taste and never end.

  • One design is simply resized for every placement

Important text, products, faces, legal notices or calls to action get cut off, covered or become hard to read when you ignore how each platform and device really shows the design.

  • Templates allow unsafe changes

Anyone can change fixed claims, logos, colors, terms or the layout, because the parts people may edit were never separated from the parts that must stay locked.

  • Claims and rights are approved casually

Product statements, prices, endorsements, images, fonts and permission forms reach the design stage without up-to-date proof, permission to use them or a person responsible for checking.

  • Accessibility is checked only after the file is finished

Contrast, meaning shown only through color, text descriptions of images, reading order and accurate charts are treated as finishing touches instead of design requirements.

  • Files can't be traced or reused

Original files, linked images, licenses, versions, where designs are used and performance labels sit in separate folders, so teams redo work or keep using designs whose rights have expired.

What's included

What is included in our graphic design services.

Softscotch creates the marketing graphics, sales materials, presentation designs and reusable templates your team needs to publish. Before any design work starts, we agree what each design must achieve, where it will appear, who provides the facts and who approves it. Your proposal sets out the files, formats, rounds of feedback and handover included. We only use optional automation or AI tools when your rights, your tools and your approval process allow it.

The first eight cards show the work this service covers, including agreed feedback rounds. The last two show related specialist work, which is priced and quoted separately unless your proposal includes it.

Fit, brief and who owns what

Agree the audience, business job, message, proof, formats, who supplies the facts, reviewers, checks for "done", reasons the work may not fit and where related specialist work begins.

Review of current designs and priority plan

List your current graphics, templates, original files, where they are used and what is slowing design work down, then rank what to reuse, fix, rebuild, retire or create.

Designs for every channel

Create approved campaign graphics, social media designs, sales materials, presentation graphics, website visuals, launch designs and related marketing formats listed in your written scope.

Size list and versions for each placement

Write down today's sizes for each placement, shape (aspect ratio), file limits, safe areas that won't be covered or cut, how text behaves and where each design goes, then build and check sample versions.

Aa

Flexible, reusable templates

Create reusable building blocks with named style settings, locked parts, editable fields, parts that change depending on the content and examples, so a trained person on your team can update them safely.

Claims, accessibility, rights and final checks

Before approval, check proof for claims, required notices, contrast, text descriptions of images, reading order, accurate data, licenses, exported files and sample versions as they will really appear.

Editable files, measurement and handover

Deliver editable original files, linked images, clear file names, versions, license records, lists of exported files, usage guidance, open risks and a review schedule you can keep up.

Feedback rounds and approvals

We share drafts at agreed stages, collect feedback from your named reviewers in one place, settle comments that clash and record each approval, so changes stay within the agreed rounds and nothing gets lost along the way.

Why Softscotch

Your team should be able to use and update the designs after we deliver them.

Briefs, size and placement needs, templates, original design files, approvals and quality checks stay linked, so the next design doesn't have to start from scratch.

The purpose is agreed before the look

Every approved request names the audience, the action you want, the order of importance of the messages, proof, where it will appear and a test for "done" before the work grows.

One layout isn't forced onto every placement

Our size and format list and layouts built for each placement protect important content across real crops, devices, languages and file limits.

Templates build in agreed choices

Locked, editable and content-dependent fields are written down, so regular design work can move faster without quietly breaking brand or legal rules.

Claims, accessibility and rights have owners

Proof, required notices, text descriptions of images, licenses, permission forms and exceptions are reviewed before a file is marked as approved for use.

You can see what automation is doing

Bulk design work and AI help use approved sources, limited fill-in fields, sample checks, a person's sign-off and a record that lets us undo a release.

The system still works after handover

Editable files, linked files, file details, versions, licenses, where designs are used, decisions and archive rules all stay usable in workspaces you own.

The full picture

The 36 decisions behind dependable, well-run graphic design work.

The work covers the brief, the words and facts, size and placement needs, design work, accessibility (making designs usable by people with disabilities), rights, reviews, measurement and handover. Each important decision has a named owner and an agreed check.

Fit, ownership and accurate creative work
Is graphic design the right service for thisSort each request as ready, ready with conditions, needs fixing first, better suited to another specialist or not suitable, based on purpose, how ready the files are, risk, volume and where it will appear.
Files and workspaces you ownCheck access to brand guidelines, editable original files, linked images, fonts, review tools, storage, access recovery and a clean way to remove our access.
Creative brief and agreed resultRecord the audience, job, message, proof, likely objections, action, formats, deliverables, reviewer, test for "done" and the business result the design may support.
Record of approved claims and offersLink prices, product facts, comparisons, endorsements, required notices and sensitive statements to proof, allowed wording, an owner and an expiry date.
Where our work stops and specialists startKeep design for all channels separate from brand identity, paid ad design work, copywriting, website development, buying print and legal advice.
Shared words for approval, versions and resultsDefine "request", "concept", "design direction", "adaptation", "revision", "approval", "release", "replaced file", "design use" and "observed result" the same way every time.
Sizes, formats and content planning
Size and format listRecord the current channel, placement, size, shape, file limit, safe area, how text behaves, where it goes, the owner and the date checked for every exported file.
Placement and destination needsCheck the actual platform, web page, email, document, printer or sales process that will use the design, instead of relying on a remembered list of standard sizes.
What matters most and how much fitsPut the main promise, proof, small print, required notice and action in order, with realistic limits on text and images before choosing the look.
Layouts that adapt to each placementMake layout decisions for the real crop, device, screen direction, language and placement, rather than shrinking one design to fit everything.
Brand and template setup
Putting brand rules into practiceTurn your approved logo, color, font, image, tone and spacing rules into checks we use on every design, without changing or rewriting your brand strategy.
Library of reusable design blocksBuild reusable, named building blocks for content that comes up again and again, while keeping the special cases each placement needs.
Fill-in-the-blanks templatesLock brand, legal and layout elements, while allowing controlled edits to approved wording, images, proof, offers and language fields.
Style settings across toolsMap your approved style settings (design tokens, such as named colors and font sizes) into compatible design and production tools, with alternative names, light and dark versions, backups and an owner for changes.
Design work and file export
Designs for every channelCreate the approved marketing graphics, sales materials, presentation designs and adapted versions, each traceable to its brief and where it will appear.
Fonts, color and contrastCheck that fonts are available, the text has a clear order, lines break well, contrast is strong enough, meaning doesn't rely on color alone and files export correctly for print or screen.
Photos, illustrations and iconsChoose or create suitable images with a consistent style, a record of where they came from, cropping rules, alternatives and permission to use them.
Print and export checksCheck linked files, fonts, bleed (extra image past the trim edge), margins, color, resolution, transparency, print color settings, file packaging and the printer's own requirements where needed.
Accessibility, claims and final checks
Accessibility and accurate data checksCheck contrast, meaning that doesn't depend on color, text descriptions of images, sensible reading order, chart scales, labels, values and how missing data is shown, with a person reviewing.
Accessible document structureCreate tagged PDFs or presentations (with hidden structure screen readers use) with headings, reading order, table structure, language, clear link text and suitable image descriptions where included.
Claims, notices and endorsement reviewCompare what designs say outright and what they suggest with your proof, and place important small print and conditions so your intended audience can notice and understand them.
Review, approval and release stepsUse named stages for content, brand, accessibility, rights, legal or industry-rules review, design sign-off and "approved for use" status.
Testing and improving design work
Comparing formats and messagesCompare idea, message, proof, layout and format as separate changes, when enough people see the designs and ad conditions make the results useful.
How smoothly design work flowsMeasure how long requests wait, time spent designing, review delays, why revisions happen, sign-off and blocked work, without promising one fixed turnaround for everything.
Automatic readability and safe-area checksUse text-reading software (OCR), text boundaries, contrast and placement overlays to flag likely problems, then have a person inspect sample results.
Checking files look right everywhereCompare exported files across sample apps, devices, formats or printer proofs, and look into any important differences in how they look before release.
Automation, translation and smart file management
Automatic and bulk design productionCreate controlled versions from approved fields and templates, with input checks, small batches, sample checks, failures held back and a way to undo.
AI-assisted design with clear rulesAgree the allowed tools, inputs, rights to source material, factual limits, what a person contributes, review records and banned uses before AI helps with ideas or editing.
Designs for several languages and marketsPlan for longer text, other alphabets, fonts, right-to-left text, local formats, images, claims and review by native speakers, rather than dropping translations into a fixed design.
Rules for personalized versionsLimit the combinations of audience, offer and message to approved data, approved claims, privacy decisions, agreed placements and minimum quality checks.
File details and rights expiryTag each design's ID, source, license, permission forms, owner, region, expiry date, where it is used and whether it has been replaced, so reuse is always safe to defend.
Measurement, file records and handover
File naming and performance reportLink consistent design IDs and release dates to available usage and results data, while keeping what we saw, what got credit and what was proven to cause a result separate.
Content Credentials and edit historyKeep supported Content Credentials (a digital record of who made an image and how it was edited) and edit history where useful, while making clear that these records don't prove the content or claim is true.
Charts backed by evidenceKeep every chart traceable to its source, definitions, time period, what it is measured against, any changes to the data and the reviewer, with honest scales and uncertainty shown where relevant.
Archive, retirement and reuse rulesMark designs as current, expired, replaced, unsafe or reusable, record everywhere they are used and remove or replace important out-of-date uses.
Record of original files and licensesKeep editable original files, linked images, fonts, image rights, permission forms, approvals, restrictions and expiry conditions with every design delivered.
Research and design tools

Tools can speed up design work, but they can't approve facts or rights.

We choose design, document, file storage, automation and reporting tools based on your access, file formats, licenses and your team's ability to keep the work up to date.

Look inside the design process

Seven checks show what is slowing your design work or putting new designs at risk.

Each check turns your files, the requirements of the places designs will appear and reviewer decisions into clear findings, actions, completed checks and the next decision.

Check 01 | Fit and intake

Service fit, brief and ownership check

We confirm the request, sources, reviewers, where the design will appear and where specialist work begins are clear enough to design safely.

The result may be a recommendation to fix things first, start with a smaller first batch, bring in a related specialist or not start design work at all when the information isn't ready.

Is it a fit fitRecord the intended business use, risk, amount of work, how ready the files are, and whether it is ready, ready with conditions, needs fixing first or not a fit.
Creative brief briefName the audience, job, order of importance for messages, proof, action, where it will appear, formats and the test for "done".
List of current designs startFind current original files, exported files, templates, duplicates, missing linked files, where they are used, owners and designs that could be retired.
Access and recovery accessConfirm that you own the design files, workspaces, storage, fonts, review tools, administrator access and access recovery.
Where specialists take over scopeGive clear owners to brand identity, copywriting, paid ad design, website development, print, legal and analytics work this depends on.
Shared words and decision rules controlDefine "revision", "adaptation", "approval", "release", "replaced" and the proof needed to accept work.
Check 02 | Sizes and formats

Placement and adaptable layout check

We test what each placement needs today, and whether important content survives the real cropping and display on screen or in print.

Platform size rules change over time. Our size list is checked again whenever a placement changes, rather than being treated as a permanent list of sizes.

Size and format list sizesRecord the placement, shape, size, file type, file size limit, safe area, how text behaves, where it goes and the date it was last checked.
Checking where it goes placementOpen the actual ad, web page, email, document, sales tool or printer requirements that will use the design.
What matters most contentProtect the claim, small print, required notice, proof and action within a realistic amount of space.
Adaptable layout layoutCreate alternative layouts where the crop, device, screen direction, language or placement changes what stands out.
Fonts and contrast readabilityCheck how fonts display, text size, line breaks, contrast and cues that don't rely on color, in sample real-world settings.
How images and icons behave imagesCheck the main focus point, that products look accurate, cropping, transparency, background, whether a text description is needed and what icons mean.
Check 03 | Templates

Brand, design block and template check

We turn patterns that keep repeating into controlled building blocks, without pretending this graphic design work covers your brand strategy.

Templates only save repeated work when a trained person on your team can tell which changes are locked, allowed, content-dependent or not supported.

Putting brand rules into practice brandTurn approved logos, colors, fonts, images, spacing and things to avoid into design checks anyone can see.
Library of design blocks blocksCreate named, reusable blocks for repeated headers, proof, product, quote, call-to-action button (CTA) and legal notice layouts.
Fill-in-the-blanks templates fieldsDefine field types, allowed values, locked layers, content that appears only in some cases, default settings and what happens when something goes wrong.
Style settings stylesMap named style settings to matching settings in your tools, including light and dark versions, alternative names and written backups.
Translation stress test languagesTest longer text, other alphabets, whether fonts cover every character, right-to-left text, numbers, dates and local images, with review by real speakers.
Rules for versions rulesLimit message, offer, audience and placement combinations to ones that are approved and can be tested.
Check 04 | Truth and accessibility

Claims, accessibility and accurate information check

We review what the design communicates, including claims it suggests, missing context and the information someone who can't see the image needs.

Softscotch can carry out and record these checks, but legal advice, the truth about your products and final say on following the rules stay with you.

Record of claims and offers claimsTrace prices, features, comparisons, results, endorsements and small print back to your current proof and the wording you are allowed to use.
Accessibility and accurate data checks accessibilityCheck contrast, meaning that doesn't depend on color, sensible reading order, text descriptions of images, labels, scales and how missing data is shown.
Describing complex images descriptionsProvide a suitable short description and a longer explanation or data table when a chart or diagram carries important information.
Where chart data comes from dataRecord the definition, time period, what it is measured against, any changes to the data, the source, caveats and the reviewer behind each important chart.
Document structure documentsCheck PDF or presentation tags, headings, reading order, language, tables, links and image descriptions where included.
Proof of approval approvalRecord the reviewer, what they reviewed, their decision, exceptions, the date and time and the approved version of the design.
Check 05 | Production

Design, export and release check

We check how approved inputs become working files, exported files and live designs, with no hidden swaps or display problems.

A file that exports without errors isn't automatically accepted. Sample proof from where it will appear, or from the printer, decides whether the file is ready.

Batch of designs productionLink each design and adapted version to its approved brief, size and format details, source records and where it will appear.
Print and export checks file checksCheck linked files, fonts, color, resolution, bleed, transparency, print color settings, file packaging and the receiving side's requirements.
Automatic readability check automationUse text-reading software (OCR), text boundaries, contrast or safe-area tests to flag likely problems, without replacing a person's review.
Before-and-after visual check displayCompare sample versions side by side and look into any unexpected changes in cropping, fonts, color, resolution or content.
Bulk production controls bulkCheck source fields, limit batch size, sample the results, hold back failures and keep a way to undo.
Release list go liveRecord the file's ID, its version or digital fingerprint (checksum), format, where it goes, the approver, release date and the version to go back to if needed.
Check 06 | Rights and AI

Source rights, AI help and edit-history check

We trace the material used to create each design, and the conditions under which it may be edited, shared with others or reused.

Something a tool produced, or an edit-history record, does not prove the content is true, who owns it, that it is protected by copyright or that you may use it commercially as planned.

Record of original files and licenses rightsRecord the source, license, permission form, number of users allowed, region, allowed uses, editing, sharing, expiry and owner for important materials.
Limits on AI use AIApprove tools, inputs, rules for confidential data, banned uses, what a person contributes, fact checks and your final sign-off.
Content Credentials source recordKeep supported Content Credentials and edit history, without presenting them as proof that the content is true.
Handling expiring rights expiryFind everywhere an expiring or withdrawn font, image, illustration, quote or permission is used, and assign replacement work.
Testing AI output against your brand testingTest sample AI results for problems with logo, color, font, style, facts, safety and banned content before running a limited, controlled trial.
Finding reusable designs safely reuseOnly suggest designs for reuse when they come with their ID, rights status, where they have been used and a person's approval.
Check 07 | Results and handover

Testing, measurement and upkeep check

We link consistent design IDs to production records and available results, without overstating what the design itself caused.

Ad spend, audience, offer, placement, landing page and timing can all change results, so we label how credit is given and only claim cause and effect after a suitable test.

Comparing formats and messages testingSet up useful comparison groups, and avoid changing the idea, message, format, audience and placement all at once.
File naming system file detailsTag the design, idea, proof, format, placement, audience, language, version and release, so data from other systems can be linked to it.
How the work is flowing workflowMeasure waiting time, total time, review delays, why revisions happen, rejections and sign-offs for each type of work.
Results report measurementLink consistent design IDs to available usage, engagement and good-quality results, with gaps in the data and limits on credit clearly shown.
Archive and retirement archiveMark designs as current, replaced, expired, unsafe or reusable, and track important replacements wherever they are used.
Handover you can take anywhere handoverDeliver original files, linked files, licenses, size lists, templates, exported files, decisions, open risks and proof that our access has been removed.
What changes

From scattered requests to an organized way of producing designs.

Before

Requests, facts, files, formats and approvals are scattered across messages, different folders and people's memories.

  • A brief that's a matter of tasteThe purpose, order of messages, proof and test for "done" are argued about after a design is already built.
  • Versions that break easilyOne design is resized across placements, languages and devices, with no check of cropping or readability.
  • Unclear rights and versionsThe team can't reliably tell which original file is approved, whether licenses are still valid or where designs are live.
After the first cycle

Your most important designs are made from approved briefs, size lists and sources, with sample quality checks to prove it.

  • An accepted batch of designsEach file links to a brief, size details, where it goes, a version and a named approval.
  • Controlled templatesRepeated designs use documented building blocks, locked fields, editable fields and examples.
  • Proof of each releaseClaims, accessibility, rights, exported files and sample versions all have recorded decisions and exceptions.
Ongoing work

New requests, platform changes, translated versions and designs with expiring rights all go into a design and review routine you can keep up.

  • A managed flow of requestsRequest, review, revision and approval stages show what is blocking work and how much the team can realistically do.
  • Improvements based on evidenceFair groups of designs to compare, and later signals from customers, can shape the next brief, without pretending that two things happening together proves one caused the other.
  • Design files you can take anywhereOriginal files, file details, licenses, where designs are used, archive rules and owner decisions all stay available to you.
Your type of business

Graphic design needs change with what you claim, where it appears and how customers decide to buy.

Our way of working stays the same, while the proof needed, accessibility, formats, approvals, translation and useful results change from market to market.

How we compare

Ongoing graphic design needs more than good-looking files and a list of requests.

The difference is a clear link between the purpose, approved facts, design rules, how the design is really used, completed checks and the next approved release.

The risk of using a different agency for everything
  • Accepts a short request without agreeing the purpose, proof and test for "done"
  • Resizes one approved design for every placement and device
  • Treats every change request as just another revision
  • Builds templates without marking what is locked, editable or not allowed
  • Checks claims and required notices only when a reviewer complains
  • Treats accessibility as an automatic score after the file is exported
  • Stores original files without usable license and placement records
  • Uses AI or bulk production without limits on inputs or sample checks
  • Reports activity or ad-credited sales as proof that the design worked
  • Hands over exported files without linked files, versions or archive rules
vs
Softscotch
  • Signs off the audience, job, message, proof, placement and test for "done" first
  • Builds versions for each placement from a dated size and format list
  • Keeps new ideas, design directions, adaptations, corrections and scope changes separate
  • Documents building blocks, editable fields, permissions, defaults and what happens when things break
  • Links important claims and small print in designs to your approved proof
  • Combines automatic flags with a person's review of accessibility and information
  • Keeps editable files, rights, permission forms, expiry dates and placements traceable
  • Uses approved sources, limited batches, sample versions and a clear way to undo
  • Keeps production records, observed results, how credit is given and proven cause and effect separate
  • Delivers original files, linked files, file details, licenses, open risks and retirement rules

Ethical, transparent, always on

One accountable team, strictly white-hat (only methods search engines and platforms allow), no shortcuts and no surprises. Support whenever you need it.

One plan, full-stack access

One Softscotch plan gives you access to the full service stack, coordinated around your priorities.

You do not need a separate agency or retainer for every channel. Your plan can draw from search, paid media, web, ecommerce, outreach, automation, lead generation, messaging, content, creative and operations. The agreed scope sets what is active, in what order and at what capacity.

Pricing approach

One price for everything, not a stack of separate retainers.

You get one price for your whole marketing, not a separate retainer for every service. SEO, paid ads, your website, automations, cold email and newsletters, we run all of it as a single scope, so you get the most result for what you pay. Agencies sell each of these on its own, so the invoice climbs whether or not that line drives a single lead.

Bought separately, service by service

A different agency or retainer for each service. The bill stacks up fast, and keeps climbing whether or not each one moves a single lead.

All of it, one scope

We run your whole marketing as one engagement, so you get the most result for what you pay, not a pile of disconnected invoices.

  • SEO: technical, on-page, content, local and AI search
  • Template-built pages (programmatic SEO), links from other websites (backlinks) and authority
  • CRO and landing pages
  • Paid ads across Google and Meta
  • Automations, cold email and newsletters
  • WordPress build, setup and ongoing care
  • One team, one roadmap and one point of contact
  • Reporting tied to qualified leads and revenue

What shapes your quote
Site sizePage count, templates and how much of the site actually needs work.
Market competitionHow hard the terms you want to win are, and who you are up against.
Content needsHow much new writing, rewriting and production the plan calls for.
Build complexityYour website platform (CMS, the system you edit your site in), your other tools and how involved the changes are to make.
Final pricing comes after the audit, once we have seen the four things above on your actual site. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work begins: no lock-in, no surprise line items, and no upfront number that ignores your market.

Questions, answered

The graphic design questions to ask before you hire a design agency.

The answers cover what's included, templates, editable files, revisions, rights, accessibility, AI, measurement, timing, pricing and who owns the work.

Filter
What is included in your graphic design services?

Your written scope can include a review of your current designs, creative briefs, marketing graphics for every channel, sales materials, presentation designs, reusable templates, versions for different formats, agreed feedback rounds and approvals, quality checks, editable original files and handover. Your proposal lists the exact types of designs, how many, formats, reviewers and what counts as "done".

Is this the same as brand identity design?

No. This service applies an approved brand identity to your ongoing marketing designs. Brand research, creating a logo and building your core brand system belong to our Brand Identity service. We tell you when that groundwork is missing or needs updating.

Can you create static ad graphics?

Yes, when still (non-moving) ad designs are part of your approved scope. Strategy for paid ads, animated or video ads, large numbers of ad variations and ad testing may belong to our Static and Motion Ad Creatives service, so we agree who owns what before work starts.

Do you create editable design templates?

Yes. We can create reusable templates with named building blocks, locked parts, editable fields, parts that change with the content and examples. The controls available depend on the design tool and plan you use, and no template can stop every edit made outside it.

Will we receive editable source files?

Your proposal states which original files, linked images, fonts, templates, exported files and usage notes are delivered. Fonts, stock images, plugins and tools from other companies stay under their own licenses, and you may need your own account or license for them.

Who is responsible for image, font and content rights?

We record the sources and known license terms for the materials we use, and flag permissions that are missing or about to expire. You must provide or approve legal sources, permission forms and intended uses, and get legal advice where needed. Softscotch cannot give you rights that belong to someone else.

Do you offer unlimited revisions?

No, we don't promise the same number of revisions for every project. Your proposal sets the rounds of feedback, what counts as a correction, an adaptation or a change of scope, who gathers everyone's feedback into one list and how extra work is handled.

How quickly can you deliver graphic design work?

Timing depends on how many designs you need, how complex the formats are, how ready your files are, how quickly reviews come back, accessibility, translation, print needs and other people involved. The timeline section shows an example first cycle of about twelve weeks, not a guaranteed turnaround for every request.

Do you make graphics accessible?

We can check contrast, cues that don't rely on color, readability, text descriptions of images, reading order and accurate information, within the agreed format and accessibility target. Automatic and human checks reduce known barriers for people with disabilities, but we don't guarantee legal compliance or that every person can use every design.

Can you create accessible PDFs or presentations?

Yes, when document accessibility is included. That work can cover tagged structure (hidden labels screen readers use), headings, reading order, language, links, tables and suitable image descriptions, followed by checking software and a person's review. The software used to make the file, and where it will be shared, can still have limits.

Do you supply print-ready files?

We can check and package files against your printer's written requirements, including bleed (extra image past the trim edge), margins, color, resolution, fonts, linked files and print color settings. Printer approval, choice of paper or material, proofs, printing and delivery are separate unless your proposal clearly includes them.

Can templates support multiple languages?

Yes, where your scope includes translation and local versions. We plan for longer text, other alphabets, fonts that cover every character, right-to-left text, local formats, images and review by native speakers. Simply dropping translations into a fixed English-only layout is not good enough.

Do you use AI in graphic design production?

Only within the approved scope and your rules for tools. We write down the allowed inputs, rights, factual limits, what a person contributes, review records and banned uses. We never assume AI output is accurate, original, safe, licensable or on-brand without checking it.

Do Content Credentials prove that an image is genuine?

No. Supported Content Credentials (a digital record attached to an image) can keep signed statements about where an image came from and how it was edited, but those statements don't prove that the event, product or claim shown is true. Proof from your sources and a person's approval are still separate checks.

How do you measure graphic design work?

We report which designs exist, how work flows, reviews and why revisions happen, quality problems, rights status, how reliable templates are and how designs are used. Where consistent IDs and later results data exist, we add good-quality results context, while keeping what we saw, how credit is given and proven cause and effect separate.

Can you guarantee that new designs will increase conversions?

No. Your audience, offer, how ads are delivered, placement, season, landing pages and tracking can all change the result you see. We can set up a fair comparison or test where possible, but we don't promise more conversions (sales or sign-ups), revenue or profit.

How are graphic design services priced?

Pricing follows the scope we review with you: types of designs, how many, formats, markets, the state of your files, templates, accessibility, print work, translation, software connections, approvals, reports and upkeep. Your proposal states what you get, our assumptions, timing, who does what and the fees before any design work starts.

What happens when the project ends?

We deliver the agreed editable original files, linked images, size lists, templates, file details, licenses, exported files, versions, open risks and archive rules to places you can access, then remove Softscotch access where the exit plan requires it.
