White Label SEO Services for Agencies: Delivered under your brand
Sell SEO under your own brand. We do the work quietly and on time, and every report carries your logo.
We'll reply with a written proposal: the work, what we need from you and an estimated timeline.
Why agencies struggle to deliver SEO in-house
Your clients ask for SEO because they want more people to find them on Google. Saying yes is easy. Delivering it every month, for every client, with reports that show real value, is the hard part. These are the problems we hear most from agency owners.
Clients want SEO, but you can't staff it
Hiring a skilled SEO person is slow and costly, and one hire can't cover content, technical fixes, local listings and links. So you turn the work away, or you say yes and hope.
Freelancers deliver uneven work
One month the work is good, the next month it is late or thin. When a freelancer disappears, nobody else knows what was done on each client's site.
Reports don't show value
Clients get a long list of rankings and charts they don't understand. They can't see what was done or why it matters, so they start asking what they are paying for.
Your margin gets squeezed
Cheap providers cut corners, and quality providers can leave little room for profit. Extra rounds of fixes and account management eat what is left.
Risky shortcuts land on your name
Some providers buy links from link farms or publish copied content. If a client's site is hurt, your agency gets the blame, not the hidden supplier.
You worry a partner will go around you
Handing a supplier your client list feels risky. Branded emails, footers or direct contact can expose the arrangement or tempt the client to leave.
What our white label SEO services include
White label SEO services let your agency sell SEO (search engine optimization: helping websites show up on Google) under your own brand while a partner does the work behind the scenes. Your client sees your agency, your logo and your reports. We do the research, the fixes, the content and the reporting drafts. Web design studios, marketing agencies, paid ads agencies, freelancers and consultants use it to offer SEO without hiring and training a full SEO team.
Eight areas of work cover a full SEO program for your clients, from the first audit to the monthly branded report. You can hand us whole client accounts or only the parts you don't want to do yourself. Your partner proposal lists which services, clients and turnaround times are included.
SEO audits your agency can present
We review each client site for technical problems, page issues, content gaps and missed searches, then turn the findings into a clear priority list in your branding.
Keyword research and page plans
We find the searches your client's buyers actually use, group them by intent and match each group to one page, so content has a clear job.
On-page and technical SEO fixes
We fix page titles, headings, internal links, speed issues, broken pages and schema (hidden labels that help Google understand a page), working in the client's site or through their developer.
SEO content and blog writing
We write service pages, location pages and blog posts from real research, edited by a person and checked for accuracy, ready for your approval before anything goes live.
White label local SEO
For clients who serve a local area, we manage Google Business Profile updates, local pages, directory listings (citations) and fair review requests, all under your agency name.
Earned link building
We earn links through digital PR, useful content and honest outreach, within Google's spam policies. We never use link farms, private blog networks or hidden paid links.
AI search visibility
We check how AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google's AI answers describe your client, and improve the clear, trusted content those tools tend to rely on. We can't promise a mention.
Branded reports on your schedule
Monthly or quarterly reports carry your logo and colors, explain in plain words what was done and what changed, and arrive in time for you to review before your client sees them.
Why agencies choose Softscotch as their white label SEO partner
A white label partner is only useful if you can trust it with your clients, your name and your deadlines. Here is what you can expect from us, and what we will never do.
Confidential by default
We sign your NDA (non-disclosure agreement) before you share client details. Reports, documents and files carry no Softscotch branding, and we never list your clients publicly.
We never go around you
We don't pitch, sell to or contact your clients directly unless you ask us to. If a client finds us on their own, we send them back to you.
A person checks every deliverable
A senior team member reviews audits, content and reports before they reach you, so you aren't fixing our work before your client sees it.
One clear contact and process
You get a named contact, a shared task list for each client and agreed turnaround times, so you always know what is done and what is next.
No shortcuts that put your name at risk
We follow Google's rules on links, content and reviews. No link farms, no copied content and no fake reviews, because your agency carries the reputation.
Your client owns their accounts
Google accounts, website logins and all the work we create belong to your client and your agency. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
How white label SEO delivery works: seven stages
Each stage shows what we check, what we deliver, who does what and how you stay in control. Nothing reaches your client without going through you first, unless you tell us otherwise.
Partner fit, NDA and agreement
Before any client work starts, we agree the services, roles, confidentiality, turnaround times and how we talk to each other.
A short call and a sample deliverable usually tell you more than any sales page. We are happy to start with one client as a trial.
Client onboarding checklist and access
For each new client, we collect what we need in one checklist so nothing stalls in week one.
We ask for access through proper user roles, never shared passwords. Your client stays the owner of every account.
SEO audit and priority plan
We review the client's site and search results, then rank the fixes by value and effort so you can present a clear plan.
An audit is only useful if it leads to action. Every finding has a plain explanation, a priority and an owner.
Content, on-page and technical fixes
We make the approved changes and write the agreed content, then check that everything works on the live site.
Content is written for people first. We don't publish thin pages made by swapping a town name, or copied text.
White label local SEO and earned links
For local clients, we tidy their Google Business Profile and listings. For all clients, we earn links that follow Google's rules.
Google decides who appears on Maps and how much a link counts. We improve what can be controlled and never buy links that break Google's spam policies.
Branded reports and client call support
We prepare reports in your branding and, if you want, join client calls as part of your team.
Reports explain what was done, what changed and what comes next in plain words. They don't bury the client in charts.
Quality checks, turnaround and clean exit
We track every task against the agreed timing and keep a record of every change, so you can always see where things stand.
If a client leaves you, or you leave us, all work, logins and records stay with you and your client. We remove our own access.
What changes for your agency after the first white label SEO cycle
Most agencies come to us after SEO has become a headache: work turned away, freelancers who vanish, or reports that don't keep clients happy.
- SEO you can't deliverClients ask for SEO, but nobody on your team has the time or skills to do it well every month.
- No clear recordPast work lives in a freelancer's inbox, so nobody knows what was changed on each site.
- Hard-to-defend reportsReports are long, generic and hard to explain, so renewals feel shaky.
The partnership is set up, the first client is onboarded and the first audit, fixes and content go live under your name.
- Agreement and branding setNDA signed, contact rules agreed and report templates built in your agency's look.
- First client runningAccess set up properly, audit presented under your brand and the first fixes approved.
- Work trackedEvery task has an owner and a due date in a shared list you can check at any time.
SEO becomes a service you can sell with confidence, add to more clients and report on clearly every month.
- A service you can sellYou can say yes to SEO, with sample deliverables to show new prospects.
- Reports clients understandMonthly reports show what was done, what changed and what comes next.
- Room to growAdding a new client follows the same checklist, so growth doesn't mean hiring.
White label SEO for your type of agency and your clients' industries
We support many kinds of agencies, and the clients behind them come from many industries. A web design studio needs different help from a paid ads agency, and a law firm client needs different care from an online store. We fit the work to both.
Web design and development studios
You build great websites, and clients then ask why nobody finds them. SEO keeps clients with you after launch.
Full-service marketing agencies
You sell many services and need SEO that fits in with your social, email and ads work without hiring a specialist team.
PPC and paid media agencies
Your clients rely on paid ads (PPC: pay-per-click ads). Adding SEO gives them a second source of visitors that doesn't stop when the budget does.
Freelancers and marketing consultants
You own the client relationship and strategy, but you can't do all the hands-on work yourself.
Social media and creative agencies
Clients love your content but also want to show up on Google. SEO turns your creative work into pages that get found.
Agencies with local service clients
Many of your clients serve a local area. They need Google Maps visibility, accurate listings and fair reviews.
Home services clients
Plumbers, roofers, HVAC and cleaning companies need service-area pages, Maps visibility and calls they can track.
Healthcare and dental clients
Clinics and practices need accurate, careful content and patient privacy (HIPAA, the US health privacy law) handled correctly. We work with your client's compliance team.
Law firm clients
Lawyer advertising rules (ABA Model Rules 7.1 to 7.3 and state bar rules) limit what a firm can claim. We work with the firm's own legal team on approvals.
Real estate clients
Agents and brokerages need area pages, agent profiles and listings that follow Fair Housing rules on wording.
Online store clients
Stores need category and product pages that rank, clean site structure and fixes for duplicate or thin pages.
B2B and software clients
Business buyers research for weeks. Content needs to answer real questions and lead to demo or quote requests.
Who does what: your agency, your client and Softscotch
Clear roles stop work from falling through the gaps and keep your client relationship safe. Your partner agreement spells out what we deliver, what your agency handles and what your client approves and owns.

How white label onboarding works: your first client account
Setting up the partnership and the first client usually takes one to two weeks once we have the signed agreement, client access and your brand files. The first audit and fixes are often ready in weeks two to six. Google's own updates and your client's results run on their own schedule, so we never promise ranking dates.

KPI steady monthly serviceHow to choose a white label SEO partner: the checks that matter
Before you trust a partner with your clients, check six things: the quality of the reports, how communication works, whether your margin holds up, the quality of the actual work, how flexible the scope is and how reliable the turnaround is. The left column lists the red flags to watch for.
- Puts its own logo or links in reports and files
- Contacts or pitches your clients directly
- Sends reports full of charts with no plain explanation
- Uses link farms, private blog networks or hidden paid links
- Publishes thin or copied content to hit a page count
- Promises page one rankings or a set number of leads
- Keeps client logins in its own name
- Has no clear turnaround times or task tracking
- Locks you into long contracts with unclear exit terms
- Hides what was actually done each month
- Delivers everything under your brand, with no Softscotch marks
- Never contacts your clients unless you ask us to
- Writes plain-English reports you can present as they are
- Earns links within Google's spam policies only
- Writes researched, edited content checked by a person
- Never promises rankings or lead numbers
- Leaves every account in your client's name
- Works to turnaround times agreed in writing, with a shared tracker
- States notice periods and handover terms up front
- Logs every task and change for each client

White label SEO services FAQs
These answers cover how white label SEO works, confidentiality, client ownership, reports, onboarding, local SEO, pricing, margin and what happens if we part ways.
What are white label SEO services?
White label SEO services are SEO work done by a partner and sold by your agency under your own brand. Your client sees only your agency. We do the audits, fixes, content, local SEO, links and report drafts. You keep the client relationship and set your own price.
What is the difference between white label SEO, an SEO reseller and a referral?
With white label SEO, you sell the service as your own and the partner stays hidden. With reselling, you usually sell a provider's fixed packages, sometimes under their name. With a referral, you pass the client to the provider and may get a fee, but the client becomes theirs. We work on a white label basis: the client stays yours.
Will my clients find out I use a white label partner?
Not from us. We sign your NDA, remove all Softscotch branding from reports and files, and never contact your clients unless you ask us to. If we join a call, we do so as part of your team, using the name and email setup you choose.
Who owns the client's accounts and the work if we stop working together?
Your client owns their website, domain and Google accounts, and we access them through user roles. All content, reports and records we create belong to you and your client. If the partnership ends, we hand everything over and remove our access.
What do you need from me to start a new client?
A short onboarding checklist: the client's goals and services, website and Google account access, past SEO work, main competitors, brand rules and who approves changes. Once we have it, the audit can start straight away.
Can I see sample deliverables and reports before signing?
Yes. We can show sample reports, an audit summary and a content brief, with no real client data, so you can judge the work your clients would see. Many agencies also start with one client as a trial.
Can you join client calls as part of my team?
Yes, if you want us to. We can present an audit, answer technical questions or explain a report, under your agency name. You decide when we join and what we talk about.
Do you offer white label local SEO?
Yes. For local clients, we manage their Google Business Profile details, local pages, directory listings (citations) and fair review requests, all under your brand. We follow Google's listing rules and never buy reviews or create fake listings.
Is your white label link building safe?
We only earn links in ways that follow Google's spam policies: digital PR, useful content, honest outreach, unlinked mentions and broken-link outreach. We don't use link farms, private blog networks or paid links without proper labels, because the risk would land on your clients and your name.
Can you white label PPC, content or websites too?
Yes. Alongside SEO, we can deliver paid ads management, extra content, link building and website builds under your brand. Your proposal lists each service and its partner fee separately.
How does white label SEO pricing work?
We charge your agency a partner fee for each client package or project. The fee depends on the site's size, competition, locations, content volume, link work, reporting and call support. We don't publish fixed prices because client needs vary so much. Request a partner proposal and we'll price your actual client mix.
How do agencies make a margin on white label SEO?
You set the price your client pays, and the difference between that and our partner fee is your margin. How much you keep depends on your pricing, how much account management you do yourself and how well the scope fits each client. Clear scopes and fewer rework rounds protect your margin.
Is there a minimum number of clients or a long contract?
Many agencies start with a single client. Your partner agreement sets out the notice period and any minimum term in writing before work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to understand SEO to resell it, and what results can clients expect?
You don't need to be an SEO expert. Our reports explain the work in plain words, and we can support client calls. No honest provider can promise rankings or lead numbers. Results depend on each client's site, market and competition, and SEO usually takes months, not weeks.
